Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TryBook.in, we strive to ensure a smooth registration experience. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before registering for any exam.

1. General Policy

Registration fees paid for exams on TryBook.in are generally non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a candidate has successfully registered and a seat has been booked, cancellations are not permitted under normal circumstances.

2. Duplicate Payments

If you have made a duplicate payment for the same exam due to a technical error (e.g., money deducted twice), the extra amount will be refunded. Please contact us at help@trybook.in with both transaction IDs. Refunds for duplicate payments are typically processed within 5-7 working days to the original payment source.

3. Failed Transactions

In case money is deducted from your account but the payment is shown as "Failed" or "Pending" on our portal, and the seat is not booked, the amount is usually automatically refunded by the payment gateway (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days. If the status does not update, please contact us for assistance.

4. Exam Cancellation by TryBook

In the rare event that an scheduled exam is cancelled by TryBook.in due to unforeseen circumstances, registered candidates will be eligible for a full refund of the examination fee. This refund will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation notice.

5. Non-Attendance

No refunds will be issued if a candidate fails to appear for the exam on the scheduled date and time for any reason.
