2. Eligibility

Our exams are open to students meeting the specific age and grade criteria listed for each respective exam. You represent that the information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. Providing false information may lead to disqualification.

3. Registration & Payment

• Registration is complete only upon successful payment of the examination fee.
• Fees are subject to change but will be clearly displayed before you book.
• We use Razorpay for secure payment processing. We do not store your credit/debit card details.

4. Examination Rules

• Candidates must adhere to the exam schedule and rules mentioned in the Admit Card.
• Malpractice or unfair means during the exam will result in immediate disqualification and a ban from future exams.
• The decision of the TryBook examination controller regarding results and rankings is final and binding.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, question papers, and software, is the property of TryBook.in and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TryBook.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount of the fee paid by you for the specific exam.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Patna, Bihar.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
